[Processing Example] Processing jigs for automotive parts

Cost reduction through design! Introducing examples of machining jigs for automotive and machine tool manufacturers.

We received a request from a company in the automotive industry to handle everything from design to finishing. In response, our company implemented cost reductions through design. Additionally, we used machines such as lathes, machining centers, grinders, fixture borers, and three-dimensional measuring machines. 【Overview】 ■ Processing fixtures (processing fixtures for automotive parts) ■ Production capacity: 2 units per month ■ Processing materials: castings, iron ■ Machines used: lathes, machining centers, grinders, fixture borers, three-dimensional measuring machines ■ Work size: Length 500mm × Height 500mm × Thickness 1200mm ■ Production period: 2 months *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fluororesin PTFE (Teflon) processing! Manufacturing of automotive and semiconductor-related jigs.

Even on holidays, the factory operates! We manufacture automotive and semiconductor-related jigs! We strive to accommodate requests regarding tolerances and distortions, considering the properties of the materials.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture automotive and semiconductor-related jigs using fluoropolymer PTFE (Teflon) processing. Due to the properties of the material, it is often used in areas that are prone to chemical exposure because of its high chemical resistance. Our factory operates on weekends and holidays, and we can accommodate requests for necessary items after the holidays. By responding to short delivery times, we aim to minimize risks for our customers, such as missed arrangements or damage to jigs, which are often difficult to prevent. [About Our Processing] ■ NC Lathe Processing (Okuma) In small lots, we often process R-shaped designs that do not have standard products through NC processing, which does not incur tool costs unlike general-purpose machines. ■ Material For scientific and laboratory equipment, chemical resistance is often required, and since the precision requirements are not very strict, we frequently use PTFE (Teflon). PTFE (Teflon, Naflon, Valflon) is an excellent material for chemical resistance, but it has significant variations in dimensional tolerances, so we handle it with care as the dimensions can change simply by measuring it by hand during inspection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Kawanishi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Business Overview

One-stop service from jig manufacturing to product processing! Parts accuracy is stable, and complex processing is also possible.

At Kawanishi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we produce processing jigs in-house. By manufacturing processing jigs internally, we reduce costs and achieve stable product precision through concentric alignment. Additionally, we pursue automation for small to medium lots domestically, rather than focusing solely on large lots. We actively review our production lines, including the introduction of machinery and process management, and we continuously think about customer-oriented manufacturing. 【Business Activities】 ■ Material selection based on drawings ■ Jig production ■ Machining ■ Surface treatment ■ Inspection and delivery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reducing costs by producing processing jigs in-house.

Complex processing that could not be realized is now possible! We would like to introduce the production of processing jigs carried out by our company.

Our company manufactures processing jigs in-house. We consider the processing jigs, which are essential for machining, and think about "what shape should they be?" and "what is the best way to use them?" when creating the jigs. Additionally, by carrying out both jig production and machining within the same company, we can stabilize the precision of the parts and enable complex machining that was previously impossible due to differing axes. 【Production Steps】 ■1. Material selection based on drawings ■2. Jig production ■3. Machining ■4. Surface treatment ■5. Inspection and delivery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
